The 10th National Business and Management Conference (NBMC) invites the submission of papers/abstracts in various areas of business and management for presentation during the conference. The conference will be held online this year via Zoom.
The 10th NBMC provides a venue for faculty members and graduate students at Philippine business schools to engage in scholarly research and undergo a presentation and critique of their ideas. This year, the conference hosts a variety of activities including the Plenary Sessions, Professional Development Webinars, Capacity Building Webinars, and Round Table Discussions, to name a few. The final program will be announced within November.
Conference Theme
The COVID-19 pandemic affected the medical, personal, business, and civil society sectors, as the previous years have demonstrated. The sustainability of our planet, societal interactions, business management, and many other aspects of our life have all been significantly impacted by it. With this context, the NBMC aims to be a research conference for cutting-edge insights on business and management solutions that promote shared prosperity, sustainable growth, and collaboration across many sectors of society as we currently progress towards recovery.
The theme of the conference is “Bouncing Back Better for Shared Prosperity: Nexus Among Government, Industry, and Academe – NBMC’s 10th Anniversary.” With this, the National Business and Management Conference renews our commitment in pursuing the Sustainable Development Goals and fulfilling the Covenant for Shared Prosperity. The conference welcomes the submission of papers/abstracts in various areas of business and management including: accountancy, agribusinesses, business continuity planning, business ethics, business innovation, commercial law, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, corporate sustainability, entrepreneurship, family business management, financial management, hospitality management, human resource management, humanistic management, information technology, international business, management education, marketing management, responsible management education, sports management, strategic management, sustainable development, and sustainable tourism.
