[PAoM Webinars] How to publish manuscripts in refereed journals

To the academic community:

Good day!

We are pleased to inform you that the Philippine Academy of Management (PAOM) will hold the PAOM Research Capability Building Webinars, a series of virtual and interactive lectures that will be held once a month in August, September, and October this year. The webinars aim to continue the mission of PAOM to advance management theory and practice in the Philippines despite the unprecedented impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many other academic and scholarly organizations across the world, we continue to find ways to readjust our strategy towards digital platforms and tools.

The webinars will cover general topics such as quantitative research, qualitative research, and mixed method research. The culminating output of the participants will be to write an optional research methodology paper that utilizes their learnings from the webinars. The submitted papers will be presented during the November 2020 Virtual National Business and Management Conference through a special session. Afterwards, the papers will be reviewed in the PAOM e-Journal and potentially published through a special issue sometime in January 2021.
