Entry & Lobby Assistance
To ensure smooth arrival and movement inside the campus, entry ushers will be assigned at the following locations:

Andrew Gate (Taft Avenue side) – Ushers will assist you at the lobby and direct you to the registration area and session rooms.
📍 November 28 – Henry Sy Sr. Hall
Henry Sy North Gate – Ushers will be at the lobby to assist you upon entry.
Please approach any of our ushers should you need support navigating the venue.
Guide for Presenters and Session Chairs:
- Call time: Please be at your assigned room 5–10 minutes before your scheduled presentation. A member of the organizing team will assist you and cue you when it is your turn.
- Time limit: Each paper has 10 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A. The session chair will give a 2-minute warning before time is up. If a presenter exceeds the allotted time, the session chair should signal them to wrap up.
- The organizing team is not liable for any presenter who is unable to complete their presentation during their assigned session for any reason.
- For in-person presentations (Days 1 and 2), the venue will have an LCD projector and a computer. A tech staff will also be available to assist.
- Please submit your presentation on time as we will prepare all files in advance. Personal laptops should not be connected to the projector. You may save a copy on your USB drive if you want a backup.
